New York Eye and Ear Infirmary

The Infirmary is located in New York City (Manhattan) at 310 East 14th Street at the corner of 2nd Avenue.

By Subway:
The Infirmary is accessible by the 4, 5, 6, N, R or L trains. If taking the 4, 5, 6, N or R, get off at union Square and walk East to 2nd Avenue. If taking the L train, get off at 1st Avenue and walk one block west to 2nd Avenue.

By Bus:
14th Street cross-town bus (M14) Second Avenue bus (M15) to 14th Street and 2nd Avenue

By Car:

From Long Island:
Take the Long Island Expressway into Queens Midtown Tunnel. Follow the signs to Manhattan and make a right onto Second Avenue from 35th Street. Take Second Avenue to 14th Street.

From Queens:
Take the Queensborough Bridge to 59th Street and Second Avenue. Stay on Second Avenue to 14th Street. Or take the Long Island Expressway into the Midtown Tunnel, then follow the signs to 35th Street. Take Second Avenue to 14th Street.

From Brooklyn:
Take the BQE to the Williamsburg Bridge. Stay in the right lane until you get to Allen Street. Make a right on Allen Street and follow it to 14th Street. Make a left on 14th Street to Second Avenue. Or, take the Brooklyn Bridge to FDR Drive North. Take the 23rd Street exit, then follow 23rd Street to Second Avenue. Make a left onto Second Avenue to 14th Street

From The Bronx:
Take Harlem River Drive into FDR Drive. Stay on FDR Drive until the 23rd Street exit and continue south on service road to 14th Street. Make a right on 14th Street to Second Avenue.

From Staten Island:
Take the Verrazano Bridge to the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel. Then take FDR Drive north to the 23rd Street exit. Follow 23rd Street and make a left on Second Avenue to 14th Street.

From New Jersey:
Take the George Washington Bridge to Harlem River Drive to FDR Drive. Take FDR Drive South to the 23rd Street exit. Follow 23rd Street and make a left on Second Avenue to 14th Street.
Or, take the Lincoln Tunnel into Manhattan and follow signs to 43rd Street and Ninth Avenue. Make a right on Ninth Avenue and follow it to 14th Street. Make left on 14th Street to Second Avenue.

Parking:
Parking is very limited around the Infirmary. Parking is available in commercial parking lots in the area:

   13th Street between Third and Fourth Avenues
   14th Street between First and Second Avenues
   15th Street and Third Avenue

Beth Israel Medical Center - Phillips Ambulatory Care Center

Beth Israel Medical Center, Phillips Ambulatory Care Center, is located at 10 Union Square East. It is easily accessible by car, subway or bus.

By Car:
Take major artery to East River Drive. Get off at the 14th Street location, and head west to Union Square and Park Avenue South. Parking on the street in the Union Square area is limited.

By Subway:
The nearest subway station is the Union Square Station directly across the street from Phillips Ambulatory Care Center. Take the L, R, N, 4, 5, or 6 to the 14th Street Station at Union Square.

By Bus:
Take the Park Avenue buses or any 14th Street cross town bus (M14) to Union Square.
